Establishing Hacker Dojo's first startup accelerator and supporting 21 early-stage founders.
At Hacker Dojo in Mountain View, I helped establish and led its first startup accelerator, supporting 21 early-stage founders.
I developed the curriculum, recruited VCs, founders, and operators as mentors, and built the processes needed to run the program. After spending years building my own businesses, I enjoyed helping other founders move their ideas forward. Being part of Silicon Valley's startup community also deepened my interest in AI and the teams bringing it into the world.
